By fusing together the latest research, trends, and field expertise coupled with innovative immersion training, GRIT aims to cultivate sustainable change in how criminal justice systems throughout the Rocky Mountain region react to, investigate, and prosecute exploitation-based crimes. GRIT accomplishes this by using a hands-on multidisciplinary training approach to increase critical competencies, enhance cross-discipline collaboration, and build confidence.

Beyond Services: Successful Agency-Survivor Partnerships (free/virtual)

This workshop explores best practices for hiring, employing, and working alongside survivors, including those who have graduated from your programs. We will discuss ethical considerations, common challenges, and strategies for creating meaningful, sustainable roles that support both professional and personal growth.
