The founder and CEOElizabeth Scaife
Elizabeth has dedicated her career to reducing barriers and creating pathways out of poverty, vulnerability, and exploitation for marginalized populations. She is a bilingual, detail-oriented professional with over two decades of leadership experience in cross-cultural project management, strategy development, non-profit operations, training curriculum and events. She has spent the bulk of her career in the anti-trafficking field, providing training and capacity building to organizations across the globe.
In this field, Elizabeth has designed, developed, and implemented state and national training conferences, authored and produced unique training resources, and personally provided over 150 customized trainings to more than 6,500 individuals. She has participated in task forces, policy advocacy, and three nationally televised documentaries. Above all, Elizabeth is a connector and collaborator who finds joy in elevating fellow innovators, reformers, trailblazers, and changemakers. She founded FYN Global to do exactly that.
